Hotline Maintenance Training

PT. Surya Prima Eltrindo is the pioneer of the knowledge about Hotline Maintenance in 20KV Medium Voltage (Rubber Gloves Method) and 150kV/275KV/500KV Substation in Indonesia.

We are working with TEREX RITZ USA/Brasil to supply this tools and provide complete products & certify training for work in 20kV (Medium Voltage) – 500kV (Extra High Voltage) and become the market leader in Distribution, Transmission and Substation sections. On site Hotline Maintenance Training is held by the certify expert directly from TEREX RITZ Brazil for customers who purchases Maintenance Hotline Tools. Normally, it is done in an area of 20kV up to 500kV and online conditions. We have done training for Substation Hotline Maintenance in 2 stages, which are:

- Basic

This stage lasts for 2 weeks in each voltage level. The first week is for in class training, which means explanation about the hotline substation maintenance engineering & theory. On the second week, we start the onsite training with focusing how to remove hotspots in every connection in substation, Disconnecting Switch (DS) maintenance.

- Advance

Advance training will be done in 4 weeks, We will be focusing on the much more complex substation hotline works especially how to replace the substation materials like Current Transformer, Circuit Breaker, Lightning Arrester, Capacitive Voltage Transformer, Line Trap, Disconnecting Switch
